On March 12–13, 2025, the first working meeting was held in Kraków, Republic of Poland, as part of the implementation of the VETpartEx project – “Future-Oriented VET for the Construction Sector in Ukraine in a Partnership for Excellence” (Project code: ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET 101183275 — VETpartEx).

During the kick-off meeting, the project participants:

• Gained a thorough understanding of the main goals, objectives, and expected outcomes of the project implementation;

• Agreed on a detailed action plan, implementation phases, and key organizational aspects;

• Coordinated the content of the work packages and the expected results for each area of activity;

• Heard the experience of European partners regarding the implementation of effective educational reforms adapted to the needs of the labour market;

• Identified priority measures and agreed on an operational action plan for the first half of 2025;

• Reviewed the procedural aspects of preparing and submitting administrative and financial reports by project participants to the Project Coordinator.
